Our focus is to make sure you are progressively becoming fitter, stronger and healthier without doing unsustainable diets or crazy amounts of cardio and machines.

Small Group PT (SGPT)


Follow Personalised Programme

We personalise the exercises and intensity depending on your current fitness and strength.

Small Groups

Our groups average 5 people per trainer so that we can give that 1-2-1 attention and still have the fun group dynamic.

Structured Plan

From day 1 we put you on to a training plan so we can monitor how well you are progressing. We make the sessions varied over the week so that you work your whole body weekly.

Unlimited Access To Classes

At Benchmark you also get unlimited access to our 30-minute fun, high-intensity fitness based sessions, and Yoga to help ease and relax those sore muscles.

Session Booking

We have sessions at 6.15am, 7.30am, 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm, 7.30pm Monday - Friday, 8.30am, 9.30am Saturday and 10.15am Sunday. You book in your sessions for that week, and can choose up to 3 PT sessions per week.

30-Day Trial

Within the first 30 days our focus is to make sure you get into a consistent routine, enjoy your training and begin to learn the basics of how to exercise using weights.

Foundations Programme

For some people this can take from 1 - 12 months to truly learn and develop. Our focus is to teach you the foundations of how to become stronger, fitter, reduce the risk of injuries using different training methods.

Athlete Programme

This programme is for people who have truly gained some experience of training and want to work towards a specific goal. In this programme we truly dial in your diet and programme.

We have an app which you will use to book your sessions.

How many people are in the group?

We have up to 12 members in our gym at once, this allows for the correct social distancing also.

Do you do diet plans?

We don’t give you a specific diet to follow as everyone is different. We do all this on a 1-2-1 level and its something we begin to work on after your trial.
