Everyone starts their Benchmark journey with a 30-day trial. What we do is a little different to the fitness norm, so we would like you to experience that first before you sign up.
Over the next 30 days you will experience everything that we do at Benchmark. We don’t do short-term fixes, but we do guarantee you will see changes over the next 30 days.

Do I have to be fit?
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness and strength goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
What if I have aches, pains and injuries?
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, and back pain. Collectively as a team, we have 30+ years in the fitness industry so there are not many things we haven’t seen or been able to help people overcome.
What if I need to miss days during the trial?
Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.
What happens after my 30 day trial?
You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that Benchmark isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.
What if I register but then change my mind?
You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.
What time are my sessions?
We use a very flexible system where you book yourself into your sessions via an app.
We have sessions available at 6.15am, 7.30am, 9.30am and then 5.30pm, 6.30pm, and 7.30pm Monday-Friday. We also have 8.30am, 9.30am on Saturday, and 10.15am on Sundays.
You can vary your sessions week on week, meaning you aren’t stuck to training at the exact same times each week (unless that works for you, which is totally fine too).
Where are you located?
We are based in Hallam Mill (SK2 6PT), we have on-site free parking and changing room facilities.
